33mmr Terms & Conditions and Terms of Use

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between 33mmr ("we", "platform", "service") and any person ("player", "you") who uses the service.

The 33mmr platform is an online gaming service offering Live Dealer Casino, Sports Betting, Slots, Crash Games, and other game types for players in Myanmar. If you choose to use the service, you must fully comply with the terms set out in this document.

This Agreement must be read together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are considered part of this Agreement.

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate and complete personal information when registering an account. 33mmr may verify that information at any time, and if verification cannot be completed, withdrawals may be restricted.

3.2 Account Security

Your account credentials (username, password) must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone. All gaming activity and payments made through a player's account will be treated as having been carried out by the player themselves. If you suspect any security issue, you must notify us immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

KYC verification must be completed in order to make withdrawals. This includes —

• A copy of your national ID card or passport
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used
• Proof of address, if required

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Withdrawal — Minimum: 30,000 Ks

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Players should be aware that this may take longer if KYC verification has not been completed.

4.4 Payment Review

If a large payment or unusual activity is detected, 33mmr has the right to review that payment in advance. The funds may be temporarily held during the review period.

4.5 Financial Compliance

Using the 33mmr platform as a means of money laundering or illegal fund transfers is strictly prohibited. We openly declare that suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5.1 First Deposit Bonus

Get a 100% bonus on your first deposit at 33mmr — up to 200,000 Ks. For example —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → get 20,000 Ks bonus → balance becomes 40,000 Ks; to withdraw bonus winnings, you must wager 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks.
• Deposit 420,000 Ks → get 200,000 Ks bonus → balance becomes 620,000 Ks; to withdraw bonus winnings, you must wager 200,000 Ks × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks.

5.2 Wagering Requirement (Total Amount You Must Play Through)

You must wager the bonus amount 25 times before you can withdraw any winnings from the bonus. Your real balance (original deposit) can be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met; however, doing so will forfeit the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The terms for each bonus will be shown on the promotions page.
• A player can only use one bonus at a time.
• When your balance runs low, the bonus funds are used first; your real balance is used only after the bonus funds are depleted.
• The wagering contribution may vary depending on the game type, and this will be stated in the promotion terms.
• 33mmr reserves the right to cancel any bonus at any time if fraud is suspected.

5.4 Refer a Friend Bonus

The referrer will receive 10% of the referred player's first deposit as a bonus (up to 10,000 Ks per referral). In addition, the referrer will receive 0.1% of their referred players' qualifying wagers as a weekly commission.

6.1 Game Availability

33mmr offers a variety of games including Live Casino, Slots, Sports Betting, Crash Games, Shan Koe Mee, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Blackjack, Esports betting, and Fish Shooting Games. The platform reserves the right to change, add, or remove games at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Invalid Game Results

Game results caused by technical errors may be declared invalid and the round cancelled. In such cases, the player's original stake will be refunded.

6.3 RNG (Random Number Generator) and Fairness

Slots and Virtual Games use RNG technology, and every round is regularly audited to ensure it is random and accurate. Live Casino games are conducted under the supervision of live dealers.

6.4 Betting Limits

Each game may have minimum and maximum bet amounts. These limits will be displayed on the game screen.

33mmr has 4 VIP tiers. Players can move up from one tier to the next based on their wagering volume and activity —

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.6%

33mmr will announce the VIP tier review period and cashback payment period. VIP rewards are issued as bonuses, so wagering requirements may apply.

The following actions are prohibited on the 33mmr platform —

• Bonus abuse — intentionally using hedging strategies to exploit bonuses
• Money laundering or engaging in any illegal financial activity
• Using viruses, malware, or bot technology to manipulate games
• Attacking or attempting to gain unauthorized access to other players' accounts
• Opening accounts on behalf of someone else under a different name ("nominee" accounts)
• Deliberately exploiting bugs or glitches in games
• Using abusive language, making threats, or engaging in conduct that goes against our terms of service

If any of these prohibitions are found to have been violated, 33mmr reserves the right to immediately close the account and make a final decision on any remaining balance.

33mmr places the highest priority on protecting players' personal information and financial security —

• Player deposits and account balances are held separately from operational funds and will not be mixed together.

10.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may close their account at any time by contacting us via 24/7 Live Chat and submitting a request. Any remaining balance will be refunded in accordance with the withdrawal terms.

10.2 Closure by 33mmr

33mmr may suspend a player's account under the following circumstances —

• If a breach of this agreement is found
• If prohibited activities are clearly identified
• If the player's personal information is found to be inaccurate
• If directed by law enforcement authorities

If a closure is to be carried out, 33mmr will attempt to notify the player in advance; however, in urgent situations, action may be taken without prior notice.

33mmr is not liable for —

• Financial losses resulting from decisions made by the player themselves
• The player's network connection failures, hardware malfunctions, or any technical issues on the player's end
• Delays caused by failures of third-party services (banks, payment service providers)
• Issues arising from the player disclosing their own login credentials
• Losses caused by circumstances beyond 33mmr's control (force majeure)

In any case, 33mmr's liability shall not exceed the amount refundable to the player.

33mmr reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. If a player continues to use the platform after any amendments, they are considered to have accepted the updated terms.
